Abstract and Poster Guideline

  • The abstract must be typed into this Abstract Submission Form in English.
  • Title should be centered, short, specific, and informative, with a font size of 12 pt. Arial.
  • Author information should include first name, second initial, surname and affiliations with a font size of 8 pt. Arial. Up to 10 authors are allowed. Presenting authors’ names should be bold and presenting authors should be denoted with asterisks.
  • Affiliation should be Organization, Town/City, Country – example: College of Public Health, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea
  • The abstract text should include “Background/Aim”, “Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusions”.
  • The abstract is restricted to 500 words (not including the title, author information and affiliations) and tables, graphs or figures are not allowed. It should be written with 9 pt. Arial as font.
  • Do NOT CAPITALIZE LETTERS.

Guideline for Poster Presentation

* only for those who got qualified.


  1. The official language is English; no other languages will be allowed for the presentation.
  2. Each poster should include the title (preferably at the top), as well as the names and affiliations of the authors
  3. Physical posters will need to be printed and a poster board will be allocated in a designated area of the Conference.
  4. Posters should be no larger than the size of 800mm width x 1000mm
  5. Poster Set-up Schedule: TBD
  6. Venue: TBD

  • Presenters should be stayed in a poster area for the explanation on your research at the designated poster session time.
  • Please note that all posters that have not been removed by noticed dismounting time on each day will be automatically taken down and discarded.
